For example, a loaf of bread in the town of Puerto Vallarta is as little as $0.40, while in Mexico City it runs for about $2.20. A liter of milk is at an average price of $1.00. Beef is among the most widely used products by locals, and at the same time is pretty cheap – a round of beef, approximately a kilo, is sold at a price of $6.00, while the chicken breasts run between $3.00 and $7.00.
