Prices in India
India is a relatively cheap travel destination in comparison to the other countries in Asia. When compared to its neighbor countries, it also does not stand out as very expensive but is rather at the down part of the scale. Only Pakistan is a bit cheaper for travellers, whereas China requires significantly higher travel funds. If we take the whole world for bases, the country will be among the best options for travellers with tight budgets as its prices are much lower than the average level and are quite similar to those in Egypt and Thailand.
